If a member is not visible on the provider portal and they do not have Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, or WellCare by Health Net, please call 661-371-2790 and select option 2 to speak with Member Services to verify eligibility and place a request to add the member to the portal. If a member has the aforementioned health plans through QualCare IPA, please verify eligibility via DHMSO's provider portal first before calling 661-371-2790; option 2.

If your account is locked, please leave a voicemail with your name, username, a reliable call back number, and then name of the provider's office that you represent to 661-371-2790; extension 2832.

Centric Healthcare Services (CHS), the Management Services Organization (MSO) for QualCare IPA & HVPN, will be closed on the following date(s):

=> November 27-28, 2025 (Thursday & Friday) – Thanksgiving


This closure affects all departments, including Member & Provider Services.

Technical support inquiries

For contracted provider groups, please email [email protected] with your username if you require assistance with activating your account or for resetting your password. Make sure to include your account's username and provider's name/office you are representing. Multiple requests can be sent together.
   

AUTHORIZATIONS/REFERRALS
For authorizations and referrals, you can either attach supporting documents electronically at the time of placing an authorization or you can fax the supporting documents after the fact to 888-870-1658.  Please include the authorization # on the supporting documents faxed in as that will allow us to attach the records in a timely manner.

For most claims-related questions, please call 661-371-2790; extension 2845. 

We are also partnered with Zelis, if you require more claims details.
